The People

  • Michelle Rieckmann - LCSW, Executive Director of Clinical Services

Michelle has always had a passion for working with kids! It began while growing up with an older sister with disabilities, which sparked her participation in organizations such as Best Buddies, Miracle League, Special Olympics, etc. Michelle continued this passion while working at Wisconsin Lions Camp for several summers. She knew that, wherever life took her, she would be working with kids.

Michelle completed her academic career, completing a Masters in Social Work at UWGB. She began her career journey in outpatient counseling, when she quickly realized she missed activity and movement of working with kids. It wasn’t until she began working with the at-risk population that she truly found her niche. Michelle’s career became more of a lifestyle and began to thrive in the work she did.

Michelle and her husband welcomed their second child in April. Between a toddler, a baby, and two dogs, the house is always filled with laughter and joy. Together, they enjoy time outside and going on mini-adventures around the area.
